I just put my pc together today and windows is not initializing my HDD.
I have checked all the cables and everything inside the rig and it's all fine.
right now my only form of storage is my 240gb SSD, but I want to made the HDD the primary storage unit (obviously).
Right now i'm in "Computer Management" > "Disk Management" and can see the 2tb HDD on the list as "Disk 1" but it says not initialized, and that the storage is unallocated. I clicked to initialize it, but every time I get an error message "the system can not find the file specified"
I have tried both MBR and GPT partition stlyes and neither work
Thanks in advance
