HDD not recognized

Does 500 watts power supply will be sufficient to run 3 HDDs? One of my hdd is not recognize by my computer. There's a clicking noise. I think my there nothing wrong with my hdd, because I tried using to other computer, and it worked properly. What do you think the problem? Is it the temperature, the cable or my power supply? What causes the clicking noise?

I would recommend 600w - 750w but 500w should be fine it really depends on what your specs are.
As you said one of the HDDS are making a clicking noise, this means the hard drive is internally broken which is why it is not detected.

I tried it on another computer and it worked properly.
