HDD not seen by windows

Hi.

I recently bought a new Seagate 2TB HDD as an expansion drive. However, after plugging it in correctly, the disk didn't appear on the bottom list of disk management. It wasn't found in device manager either. I tried using diskpart, not there either. I have an ASROCK H97M Anniversary edition MOBO, which uses UEFI instead of BIOS, so I went there. To my surprise, it sees the Hard Drive just fine, telling me it's capacity, brand, etc. I've tried switching to every other SATA port on the motherboard, same effect on all of them. Not sure what to do at the point. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance

Did it ever work?
You might have to disable secure boot or add the drive to the hdd boot list to see it in windows with a uefi motherbd.
