HDD not showing in windows, but does show in BIOS.

I have recently build a new pc, and havn't had problems with it in the last month.
But randomly when starting up my pc now, windows doesn't detect my 4TB WD Blue anymore.
Not even in diskmanager, however, when I go into my BIOS it perfectly displays there on SATA1.

I have to pull out the SATA cable, start the pc, shutdown the pc, put the cable back in and then it works in Windows again?
I am also using Intel Optane as cache for this harddisk.
And don't have any stability issues once the drive is in operation.

I found this behavior to be rather weird and can't figure out where the problem is, so any help would be appreciated!

Searching for devices in device manager resulted nothing, showing not connected devices did bring the harddisk up as not connected, but it didn't show to have any issues.

The problem randomly occurs, which makes it kinda annoying to troubleshoot as today the disk was detected...
