I have recently build a new pc, and havn't had problems with it in the last month.
But randomly when starting up my pc now, windows doesn't detect my 4TB WD Blue anymore.
Not even in diskmanager, however, when I go into my BIOS it perfectly displays there on SATA1.
I have to pull out the SATA cable, start the pc, shutdown the pc, put the cable back in and then it works in Windows again?
I am also using Intel Optane as cache for this harddisk.
And don't have any stability issues once the drive is in operation.
I found this behavior to be rather weird and can't figure out where the problem is, so any help would be appreciated!
Relevant products:
Intel Optane M10 32GB
WD Blue WD40EZRZ, 4TB
Windows 10 Educational
