HDD not showing up in bios or disc management

I’ve recently buily my own computer, everything ran smoothly. But my HDD is not showing up in the bios, But it’s showing as 3gb in disc management and i cant do Norhing with it. I tried tl fix it and now Im stuck in a bootloop. Hoping reinstalling Windows will do the trick.

I tried runnig some tests on the HDD, a seagate barracuda 2tb. It says the following. Unfortunately, your Seagate product has failed an important diagnostic test, possibly caused by problem sectors which are difficult to read. Seagate recommends that you run SeaTools for DOS, which has the ability to repair most problem sectors. SeaTools for DOS may be able to save you from the inconvenience and down time of exchanging the drive. For more. I do not know what this means or what i should do next.
