HDD not showing up in File Explorer, but is in Device Manager

Hi I just build a new pc and everything is working great. the only thing is that my HDD, a Seagate Barracuda 2 TB, doesn't show up in my file explorer under local disks, it only shows my ssd. I was wondering why that is, maybe I need to do something in bios.

Disk Management

It probably needs to be Initialized.
Then, New Simple Volume
Then, Format
Then, give it a drive letter.
