HDD Not showing up in Windows Explorer

I just finished building my new computer and it's my first time using an SSD along with a HDD. I installed Windows 10 onto the SSD and when I look in Windows Explorer the HDD does not show up however, in the BIOS the hard drive is detected. I tried booting to the HDD but it loaded me into the SSD anyways. Do I need to format the HDD or something? Am I missing something?

is it in device manager ? disk management?
window 10? might be in the storage pool

Does it appear in Disk Management? Probably.
You probably just need to Initialize it, New Simple Volume, Format, and give it a drive letter.
