Hdd not showing up

I have an ssd and a hdd, both are detected but not showing in my this pc tab in my files how do I fix this?

File Explorer usually hides empty drives by default. You can change that setting in the Options.
If the drives still do not show then see if the drives are listed in Disk management. They may just need to be initialized or assigned drive letters.
