HDD not SSD

I recently purchased PC Matic and when it defraged my computer it sent a message that my Windows 7 recognized my computer as SSD. How do I fix that because every 3rd stroke of the mouse sees me waiting 45-90 seconds on ANY PROGRAM while the computer is 'not responding'. OR...maybe it is an SSD and the thing is configured incorrectly. ..I have had the aforementioned problem since I purchased and initially made calls to the mfg...ZT...and to Costco with no luck.

If your machine is that unresponsive, fragmentation is not your issue. Check in task manager to see what is hogging your CPU.
