So i have an HHD Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7500rpm in my system since the day i built it, and decided to add an SSD M2 Crucial P5 Plus 1TB 4Gen. After that well something weird happen when plugged first HDD, the SSD wouldnt show up in my Bios/win10 and vice versa. The thing is that when have a 2xHDD in my system they will work just fine.

Allthough i think a bios update could fix but , i digress

Heres my system:

Motherboard - Asus Tuf B450 Plus Gaming
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 2600
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws 2300Mhz 16Gb
GPU - Sapphire Nitro+ RX570 4GB
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7500rpm
SSD - Crucial P5 Plus 1TB 4Gen (Brand New)
PSU Cooler Master Masterwatt Lite 600 80+

THANK YALL!

Solution
Move your HDDs to different sata ports.
Ports SATA5 and SATA6 can not be used with M.2 drive in the system.

The M.2 Socket shares bandwidth with the SATA_5/6 ports, and therefore the SATA_5/6 ports cannot be used when an M.2 device is installed.
