HDD on different platform

I have a HDD with Windows 10 x64 installed with Intel and nvidia driver. So now I want to use that HDD to put in AMD system. What will happen? Will it automatically change update driver? Or what should I do? Since I want to use that for a while before I have some money to buy m.2

It could work but it'll definitely give you errors in your devices. It's best to install your OS from scratch when you migrate an installed OS drive to a different platform. I wouldn't even advise in cloning the OS drive.

That is unlikely to boot up.
Prepare for a full reinstall.
