HDD or SSD sleeps during work

Hi,

In the past few days I've been facing a weird issue.
My hard drive or ssd(or both) tend to enter some kind of sleep mode during my pc usage
I noticed that by hearing the sound of them turning on during mid-session and sometimes when I try opening Windows Explorer while they're asleep it takes time until it opens because they have to be resumed or something like that

I got Toshiba HDWD120 as my HDD
and Crucial CT275 as my SSD(and main drive)

That's normal behaviour for HDDs - - it won't be the SSD as they have no moving parts so don't have a sleep mode.

Is there a way to prevent the sleep from happening?
It never happened before

Control Panel\Power Options.
You can set hard disk to never turn off.
