HDD OS to SSD.

I [strike]applied[/strike] installed ssd and installed windows 10 in it , and on my hdd I already have OS which came with laptop and i want to clone this OS to my sdd.
Any help will be appreciate.

there are many disk clone software out there. for example, ease partition master

but Im on SSD OS now, so I have to boot laptop of hdd os perform operations using mentioned tool. Is that true??

usb sata cable will turn hdd into a big flash drive, just copy the files that way.
