HDD partion only shows 2

i have partitioned my 1tb hdd to 200,400,400 gbs. But it shows only 2 drives? what should i do?
what happened to the other 400gb?

In windows, control panel, start computer management -> disk management, and assign a drive letter to this last invisible partition and dont forget to format it.
