Hi,
I decided to partition my storage drive, and then realised that it wasn't a good idea.
So I used the disk management in Win 7 to unallocate the new partion, and then extend the the drive to put it back together.
HOWEVER, I think I accidentally extended the inactive part of the drive, which made the whole disk inactive/unallocated. It wouldn't let me access the drive, so I had to mount the drive and let the computer give it a letter.
I can now access the drive, but ALL the information on the drive is now gone. It's not been deleted, just the computer doens't want to see it
What do I do?
