HDD Partitioning problems

So i partitioned my 5TB HDD earlier today but i ran into problems with setting up the PC so i had to reset the PC. Now when i try and partition the HDD it doesn't let me and it gives me an error. It also reads the drive as unknown.

You're talking about Disk 0, the one on the top?
Right click in the square to the left...it should prompt you to Initialize it.

Presumably there's no data on that 5 TB HDD; if there is I don't know if it's salvageable.
Try using DiskPart's clean command on the drive and see if you're then able to initialize/partition/format the drive.

I tried the diskpart clean command no luck, i downloaded the WD software to test the drive and it fails one of the test so it's no good. Im going to return it to amazon and get a refund.
