HDD power saving

Is there any way (maybe with an external proggy) that I can send single HDDs to sleep in Win2k? I have 3 HDDs in my system, and only the first one is used constantly, while the other two are rarly used (maybe once or twice a day, system is up 24/7). So I would like to power down only the other two (or one)...

I would recommend you just leave them spinning. It does more damage to your disks to power them up and down than to keep them spinning, as more wear and tear is done that wayl.
