Question HDD problems

So I've bought a Black 4TB WD and it crashes my computer, causing BSOD. I've downloaded the WD dashboard, and it shows my Drive is in perfect/normal condition and finds no abnormalities. Yet when I use Performance Monitor, it does not pass the System Service Check and Hardware Device check, however it passed when I first installed the HDD. Is there something wrong with the HDD or could it be my computer?

How do you know it is this WD that causes the system to crash?
"does not pass".....Have you contacted the retailer or WD?
