hDD question help me

If i'm running the same HDD on a different computer ( meaning, different board and mobo only ) with an OS in it, will it run?
Another thing, can i use a HDD with an OS in it as my D: without reformatting?

the answer to the first one is probably not unless you have 8/8.1 as all oem editions before that are tied to the motherboard and will not work in a different computer. the answer to the second one is yes you can use it for storage and what not however it can cause all sorts of problems as the computer can sometimes decide to try and boot from that drive

Is there any possible way that i can copy some of my files from that HD?

yes you can if you have a acount with adminstrative privledges

What do you mean by that?
I mean if plugging it in other comp just to copy files on that HD, how?

well you can either conect it internaly useing sata or buy as usb to sata adapter to conect it then open it select the files you want to copy and click copy
