HDD Question Toshiba

There is one thing that interests me, I bought a Toshiba HDD 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.
Well at the top of sticker it says Toshiba, then on the bottom part of the sticker it says HITACHI, on the plastic of the side of the HDD it says Foxconn 😛 any idea how makes the hard drive?

Foxconn probably makes the control board.
