The 320 gb with a larger cache is a much better deal at $2 cheaper than the 250gb. Market prices have fluctuated at lot since the October flooding in Thailand, although I agree that the pricing between the two is not logical.

The 320 gb drive also comes in retail packaging, where the 250 is a bare drive, but they are basically the same other than size and cache.
 
Oh ok. I don't know much about drives so I thought there was some weird thing I was missing. And I guess that makes sense with the flooding. Cause I was looking at parts about 6 months ago and HDD's seemed a lot cheaper. so it's just basically a lucky bargain that that one is cheaper? Good to know. Is it a solid drive to get? I'm. Of up on what brands are good and which suck lol
