HDD running slowly

Alright so my computer has been running poorly as of late and I'm pretty sure it's the HDD

Is there any way to make it better or do I need a new HDD?

You can still use it if you don't find it too annoying, but eventually you'll have to buy a new one, because it is probably going to get worse and worse.

It's actually irritating me to no end right now. FF14 is running at around 10 fps and it used to be at 60. Hopefully the warranty will cover it.
