HDD Slow Performance <2MB/s only R/W

this is my HDD performance result using parkdale

AHCI enabled and my HDD and CPU Info :
Hitachi HTS547550A9E384 - JE3OA60A
Intel Core i5-2450M 2.50GHz

already tried sfc and chkdsk and found no error at all
defragment is done too~

any solution?

it was too slow that i experience freeze and lag due to 100% disk usage with speed below 2MB/s
u can see it from random QD32 which is the true speed when i am trying to launch some apps or games dude

Seq write speed and read speed are the speed when i am copying and writing files over hardisk
but that is not actual speed, this image explains it when i copying files

it was called system with 1++ MB/s and disk usage ady 100% :v

Examine the SMART report.

Scan the drive with HDDScan.

i use crystaldisk info and it shows good result dude!
