Question HDD speed is very slow (Only on steam)

Hi!
Whenever I download something from steam, it's very slow
I've tried to download games from for example Epic Games and this problem never occurred

I've had this problem with my SSD too and that problem wasn't only on steam, but it probably was because of overheating and caused it to be permanently damaged (https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/ssd-write-speed-very-slow.3834920/)
My HDD was never overheating and only has this problem while downloading from steam

GPU: GTX 1660 Ti

I see, but that doesn't really make sense in this case:

From what I can tell, your drive appears to be SMR. That may be a contributor. The amount and way Steam writes data may not play well with SMR drives.
