Question HDD spinning but bios can't detect it.

While I was doing an HDD intensive task, the drive suddenly disappeared, the windows continued operating normally since it's on the SSD.
I tried rebooting to solve the problem but the pc started restarting by itself during POST. After 3 restarts it finally passed POST but the HDD was no longer detected, even If in the bios settings.
I tried plugging the sata connection after POST but nothing happened. I also tried replacing power and sata connection cables.
Is there a way to fix it even just temporarily to get my files?

Western digital green 500gb
It's made in 2009 but it was very lightly used until last year when I started using it more.
