Hdd ssd and windows

Im haveing weird problem. I can instal win (8.1 pro 64bit) to my seagate baracuda 1tb and it works ok. I can use ssd while win is on hdd. But as soon as i try to instal win to my ssd (kingstone ssdnow 120gb) weird things happen. When i set ssd as destination to my os it does instal reset and enter setup again (where it enter personalization on hdd) if i remove usb with win it show msg that there is no boot device instal boot device and press any key... What is going on?

Do you have both your hard drive and SSD installed when you are trying to do this? If so disconnect the hard drive and then try installing windows.

Tryed that already does not work it act as if win instaled to ssd is corrupted while it works fine in hdd

Oh you might have one of those motherboards that only certain ports can be used to boot from. What do you have for system specs?

Asus z170-a
I5 6600k
8 gb ddr4 hyperx fury 2666mhz
Dont think its about port cos i did try using port my hdd is now with ssd (port is marked as os drive and is different color)
