HDD status meaning? Should I be worried?

So I have an SSD and a hybrid HDD. Those are my stats. Should I be worried about any of both? The SSD says 81% at its health and some "Reported Uncorrectable Errors".

Both okay but, as always. keep important stuff backed up elsewhere. I never cease to be amazed that even today with backup media being cheap, loads of PC users just don't bother & then they panic when a drive fails - - - dumb.

Both drives seem fine.
But you diagnose SSDs with manufacturer specific diagnostic software.
Use Crucial Storage Executive.

But why does Speccy say my SSD's health is at 81% though?

Speccy is generic software - not specific to Crucial SSDs.
It reads 81% from Percent Lifetime Used attribute.
