Question Hdd stop spinning and then start again while shutdown win 10

I'm using win 10 with i3-8100 and h310 mobo. I have crucial mx500 250 gb ssd and 1tb 7200 toshiba hdd.
Everytime while i shutdown my pc, hdd gone off then start again then shutdown my pc. I can hear the vibration of the hdd, like rpm gone 7200 to 100/200 rmp then gone gain 7200 and then gone off.
(Note: hdd is ok and perfectly work)

Probably just "parking" the read/write heads, a normal function.

Don't worry about it.
