HDD suddenly drop 48% condition less then 2 weeks

Hi everybody!
So i was want to ask what just happen to my hdd? Its an 1TB WD Caviar Blue and i cant understand why does it drop 48% condition less than 2 weeks.

Check SMART, maybe some bad sectors ?

At 95% it says there are 8 weak sectors later at 52% it says it has 181 weaks sectors (checked with CrystalDiskInfo) at it says the same sector error. So in my anger i put it out of a case so the fan cant blow the to the hard drive and now regenerating now it reached back to 78% percent. The only thing i can think its sensitive to temperature because i just put the fan into my case two weeks ago. Normally its working temperature is 31 celsius, with fan is 20-23.

So currently my hdd is 78% with 81 weak sector.

S.M.A.R.T. says everything is OK(passed)

40 -50c shouldn't be a problem. I would RMA it immediately.

okay i repaired it with hard disk sentinel and now everything is okay

I hope you have been making full image backups onto external media before all of this happened. This situation may not be over, it might come back.

Those may be soft weak/bad sectors and that's why they were fixed. Mostly caused by power cut when writing to disk or data cable connection. If it was physical, it couldn't be repaired and would stay in SMART forever.
