HDD switch to swap between linux and windows (no dual boot)

Is there a way to build a switch to swap between ssd's to determin which boots...

Would it just be a case of taking the 12v line and putting a switch in there to determin which is the active one?

I don't want to dual boot cause it's also a massive pain in the booty!

it was going to be for a custom case build that isn't happening now... but then i just realised i can switch which hdd i boot from *facepalm*
