HDD switching off Noise

I've just bought a new 1TB 7200rpm 3.5" WD Black and put in a new fantec vented box and connected to my notebook via usb 2.0.
It's the first time I've got a 3.5" hdd so honestly I don't know if the sound/noise I hear is normal or not so let me know. It happens only when the hdd switches off and it's a screeching sound for me.
I recorded it and you can listen to it here. It's a 8" wave track and you can listen this particular sound at 2". Quick scans by both official WD sw (Data Lifeguard Diagnostic) and hdtune say there're no bad blocks and Crystaldiskinfo says "good".
Is it normal?

thanks :)
i've just tried to switch off the fan (it's possible on this enclosure model) and verified it's not the fan but the hdd itself. afaik 7200rpm is a quite "high" speed so i wonder if those vibrations that cause this sort of screech will low the hdd reliability, i mean e.g. faults in reading/writing in the long time period. what do you think about it? if yes, what could i do to minimize vibrations within this fantec DB-F8U3e enclosure?

they make little rubber bushings for mounting hard drives and fans or those screws that have springs. Ive have mixed results sometimes the chassy is just warped.

thank you for your answers, now I feel better :)
no screws were used within this fantec enclosure to put the hdd inside it, just room narrow enough to keep the hdd firmly inside and only some small plan rubber strips on the hdd edges to adsorb vibrations.

@average joe - do you refer to my case when you say "sometimes the chassy is just warped"? as far as I saw it's a normal sound in my case, isn't it for you too?
