HDD Temp 16 C

I have not noticed this temp of my HDD before its 16 C on HW monitor and other temp soft wares
Is this normal, it seems to be running too cold?

most hard disks will run at 28 to 35°c

can you verify the temperature is real?

with what tool are you monitoring the hard disk temperature?

Is it 16C in your room? If the answer is no then the temp monitor is wrong.

the hard disk, i don't think it can run this cool, so the sensor itself is doing bad readings, but you need to check those values for yourself to know if the value is real or not

open the case and touch the hard disk, when pc is turned off and diconnected from the wall of course, i don't want you to get electrocuted

see if the hard disk is that cold or not

It's about 60 degrees F it's fine.
