I recently purchased a lenovo y50 laptop and a 512gb ADATA sx900 ssd. I've been digging around trying to look for programs that allow me to migrate my data.
The ssd came with a copy of Acronis True HD 2013 but that version does not work with win10.

I have tried used Easus and Todo backup but with no success.

Do you guys have any suggestions as to what programs I could use to try and do this?

Thanks

you dont need to run Arconis in windows 10

just make bootable Arconis DVD or USB , and then boot it from DVD or usb and make disk clone or w/e

or depending on which harddisk you have in the notebook , I guess it is seagate ?

you can download the latest seagate disk wizard from arconis and will work with windows 10 for free.

I have tried using the software for the drive I have in my computer (WD), but it gives me this prompt.

After I restart the computer, the cloning does not continue and just idles at the desktop screen.
What do I do now?

Hey there, Epikas!

I'm very concerned about your HDD since it refuses to clone with any software. 🙁 I'd strongly recommend you to test its health and check up on the SMART status by running the QUICK and EXTENDED tests from the WD's Data LifeGuard Diagnostic utility. Here's a link to the software tool: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=gRqmwJ

I'd also recommend you to contact the laptop manufacturer's customer support. Since you've purchased it recently, it should still be covered by the OEM warranty. In case there's something wrong with the drive, you should RMA it and get a replacement from them.

Keep me posted though!
