I am having a problem replacing the HDD in my Legion y530 with a Sata SSD. In the M2 nvme slot is Intel Optane. Windows OS and everything on the HDD was succesfully cloned onto the Sata SSD. Once I made the switch and tried to boot up I got a black screen and the text "checking media". It then went to an error popup saying that no boot drive was found. I went to BIOS and saw that Intel Optane was still connected to the old HDD. I would like to know what went wrong here and what types of sata SSD work with optane i there are any?

AFAIK pretty much any HDD or SSD should work with an Optane cache, but it is unlikely that you will be able to clone just the HDD. You will need to install the latest IRST driver and setup the Optane cache with the SSD and then do a clean installation.
