Hi is it possible to transfer my boot up for my computer from my HDD to ssd without reinstalling windows?

Yes. It's possible. It is called cloning.
SSD must be large enough to hold all the data from OS partition. If it is too small, cloning will not be possible.

How would I clone it? And did it drag all my HDD over or just the boot up
