So lately i've been thinking about getting an SSD but i currently have two HDD (2x seagate barracuda 7200 rpm) and the one im using on the C drive is using up 288GB which is a lot cuz i only have enough money for a 128gb SSD so i wanna know how to only put just the OS, and one to two games onto the ssd,
do i just put everything in the c drive hdd onto an external hd and then l8 send windows 7 into my ssd?
or what do i do to clone it...?
also... does it matter what i have in my E: drive.. cuz i have an extra 50gb in my d drive

Specs:
Antec 1200
2x seagate barracuda
AMD phenom x2 dual core
2x HIS 6850 crossfire
Corsair TX850M psu
Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3
patriot g2 series 2*4

I would go through the C drive and save all your personal files and pics and anything else to another drive then load windows onto the SSD and start over with the OS. Then you can format the old drive C and you will still have all your personal things.
