HDD Transfer speed slowed

Hi, my whole HDD has been slowed down, the speed starts at 124mbps then drops will 10mbps in matter of mins. This happened 1 day ago after using this HDD for 2 years, It's a WD Caviar Green 1 TB and I have attached a SMART data with this post, Please help!

No no, before it wud start at 124mbps then become stable at 60-80mbps, but from yesterday it would keep decreasing from 124mbps till 10mbps or even less.

Regularly defragged I take it ?

Free space is around 26%.
I don't defrag it at all, just defragged yesterday because speed slowed.
I used checkdisk, no errors, used data life guard by WD, no errors. Don't know what to do.

I did, I freed around 50gb, no changes.
