Question HDD turned RAW after connecting another drive - What does this testdisk scan result mean?

Hi all,

I have a problem: my HDD has turned RAW. This happened after I connected another drive to the system (different sata port, same power cable).

Disk management says "Healthy (Basic Data Partition)"
I tried running CrystalDiskInfo to check physical health and TestDisk to recover the partitions. At least that's what I think those do, I'm afraid all this is not my expertise.
Does anyone here know what the results of TestDisk's scan mean and whether I should continue down this road? I believe it had one partition before, the results don't look very promising to my untrained eye, it also took about 24h to scan.

Open the Disk Management window and expand so all can be seen.

Take a screenshot and post the screenshot here via imgur (www.imgur.com).

Also open the Command Prompt and run chkdsk via the Command Prompt. Case 1, Step 4.

The current objective being to simply understand the current drive(s) and drive configurations.

No immediate need to apply any fixes or possible solutions until more is known.
