HDD under performing?

I ran a benchmark test and these are the results: http://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/3673509. Can anyone interpret these results? I have been having gaming issues ever since upgrading my rig and I think this might be the problem. Do I need to buy a new HDD?

Those are hard drives performance speeds, get an SSD for a huge increase in storage performance.

I have $50 and 120GB is not enough for me.

Yeah I mean your budget is something you have to consider but I'm just explaining HDDs are just slow in nature. They're great for cheap and plentiful storage but that is about it.

One other thing I should mention is that some people just install windows on their SSD along with a few games and programs while saving the bigger but slower HDD for things like media. In which case 120GB can work. You don't gotta do that just saying you can use both and pick which purpose you use each for.

Yeah well with games nowdays being 60GB it would be hard to put even 2 on there..
