HDD unknown device x370 gaming carbon pro

Hi guys so I've recently built my pc everything was fine when I installed the SSD and an old Hard drive. I've now tried to install my WD 1TB drive and it's not being recognised. It comes up as unknown device. When I try to initialize the drive from disk management I have a few error messages. One says the i/o error and the other says it's not convertible for gtp. I've downloaded the bios update but there's no file to install once extracted I'm lost 🙁

Thanks for the reply mate. As soon as I unzip the file I only get 2 item after the zip no setup file

So this is what I get when I unzip the file. A txt document and a 1G0 file no setup file

Ok so the second link I've just downloaded and unzipped it's there as ATA with 0mb and not available
