HDD Usage 100% Windows 10 Pro Help!

Hello i got a wd caviar blue 1tb for 8 months~ , so i bought new parts for my pc and install them after that i install windows 10 pro with a usb (i didnt bought windows , just torrent preactivated)
and everything works perfect but i have 100% HDD Usage very often when i am not running anything...

You should always use a genuine Windows operating system, so I'd strongly recommend you get an authentic OS activation code!
The 100% Usage could also be caused by some Windows Services, so i'd strongly recommend you check your Resource monitor and Task Manager (processes). Another thing that might help is swapping the SATA cable and the SATA port where your WD Blue is connected to and check its performance in another PC, if you have access to one. This will easily help you determine what could be the cause of the issue.

Again, I'd strongly recommend contacting MS support for a genuine activation code.
