HDD Usage Hours and Health

Is there any way to see how many hours a HDD has worked from the time you bought him untill now ???
I have 3 HDD i know that 1 of these is very old like 7 years !!
But the other 2 i can't really remember and beacuse i am building a new rig and untill i get a new HDD i want to know which one is newer and healthier to use for boot

The program will tell you how many hours your hard disk has been running and how many times it has been powered on.

any program that can read and display the drive's SMART data will be able to tell you this info and a whole lot more.
Passmarks disk checkup and hdtune also can do this.
