HDD VS SSD Which one should i pick ?

Hello, so i got WD Caviar Blue 1TB at the moment and i want to speed up my boot time !
Should i buy a WD Black 500 GB? or an SSD Samsung EVO?
-Also what gpu is better GTX 1050 Ti or GTX 950 ?

The SDD is miles better than the HDD. If yuo don't have the budget, go for an HDD, but the price difference isn't that big.
Also, the 1050 Ti is better than the 950.

Hmm i think you should get the 1050 Ti.
And the Samsung SSD .
Because the SSD is more GB/s.And the games installed on it and the Windows but it need to be installed on the SSD drive will boot much faster than the HDD. The 1050 Ti os better because is newer and Ti i better than the original gpus.
