HDD with bad sectors Clone?

My HDD is failing, actually it is almost dead! Crystaldiskinfo is reading relocated sector count 4014. The HDD has 19,822 hours on it. I ordered a new HDD and it will be here on 8/31/2016. If I clone the bad HDD will the bad sectors be cloned as well? I have backed up all important info. The pc is used for 90% gaming. Any help will greatly be appreciated!

bad sectors are Physical damage , you dont clone that , but the data will be missing . it is better you clean Install.
