Hdd with three year warrenty

Hello,
I heard that lot of the hdd have now dropped to one year warrnety after the Floods in 2011 still want hdd with great warrenty!!

I don't know if that's accurate. I know WD and Seagate dropped their OEM's to 2yr, since Samsung is basically Seagate, I'm sure they dropped theirs too, but I could be wrong. I've not seen any with only 1yr warranty.

Western Digital Blacks like mine still carry 5yrs warranty.

Well I suggest you buy WD NEW production with old warranty. If you buy crap, you get crap warranty. Period.
