HDD with win 7 preinstalled

So I have a hard drive with windows 7 preinstalled and I was wondering how I would go about using it my new pc. I want to be able to use the windows thats on the hdd so I don't have to get windows. I know little about software and how one would go about doing this.

Mostly, you don't.
Moving a drive to a new PC usually, but not always, requires a new install.
If it does not work, there pretty much is no 'fix' for it.
