HDD's aren't connectd.

I've just finished building my computer and it is working working well with the boot drive with win7 installed however my two 3.5 inch mass drives however are not coming up in the bios.

Parts:

* I5 4960k

* MSI sli Krait edition

* 16gb 1600 ram (Crucial balistx)

* crucial mx100 (128 gb and 256gb)

* EVGA superNova 650w psu

* gigabyte 970 g1 edition


* Generic optical drive

* WD caviar green 3tb

* Hitachi t2b 7200rpm

The two HDDS are plugged in through the provided sata and power connecters that come in the corsair air 540.

I've been told that i have to enable the ports in the BIOS but have no idea where to do so.
