Question HDMI 1.4 and 2.0 doubts

Would i be able to use all of these features from a monitor that has HDMI 1.4 1080p 75hz Freesync with a Vega 56 that has HDMI 2.0? I know HDMI is backwards compatible but i don't know if i could use all of those features properly

Depends on whether that monitor supports FreeSync over HDMI, not all of them do. But the 75hz and 1080p shouldn't be a problem.

If you also have Display Port, just use that. If the monitor only has HDMI and has freesync support, then it certainly supports freesync over HDMI.

It has 1 HDMI port and 1 VGA port. The monitor is LG 22" 22MK400H-B
