[SOLVED] HDMI 2.1 Black Screen

On my PC HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort cable work as they should. However, HDMI 2.1 gives a black screen in Windows 11. I am only able to access and operate BIOS with HDMI 2.1 on a weird resolution. I took an extra HDMI 2.1 cable from my Harman-Kardon Sound System.
Do I have to change something in BIOS in order to make it work?

GPU: RTX 2080 OC
CPU: R9 3900XT
Monitor: LG 27UL600-W
MOBO: Aorus X570 Master

All drivers are updated.

The gpu is HDMI 2.0 and not 2.1. A 2.1 cable should still work but you won’t get the features of 2.1.

Exactly, I've tested the cable with my Sound System and Digital TV Box. It works.
I see picture only in BIOS.

test with another 2.1 cable? could be that cable not up to spec
