Hi,
I want to connect the GPU from my PC to my new tv(LG oled c1).
I have read some reviews on cables that can't seem to detect dolby vision/atmos and it made me wonder, if a cable is certified as ultra high speed and dynamic hdr, shoudn't it already support these features?
I was thinking about club3d 3m ultra high speed hdmi 2.1 and would like an opinion about it as well(will it support dolby vision/atmos).
Thanks!

Solution
that linus video kinda shows that even high end hdmi cables have either bad pin connection or emi interference even at short distance
switch to optical hdmi and you got no worries (unless you break that cable)

I’m not sure on Dolby Vision but my experience is many HDMI 2.1 cables don’t meet the spec. Linus did a video recently comparing many 2.1 cables and there was a high % that didn’t meet spec, including a Belkin one.

Intersting, just saw this video, I see he mentioned that the shorter the cable the better, do you think there is a differens (quality wise) between 2m to 3m cable? Or are we talking longer distances to loose quality..
